Fernbrook Farms Education Center is proud to announce a partnership with Little Fish Theatre for our new Outreach Programs!

Rock the Boat: Barnyard Boogie!

Assembly/Festivals/Parties, 40 minutes, Grades Pre K–6th

Clap, dance, and sing along with the music of Rock the Boat! In this concert–style performance of fun, quirky, and original music, your students will boogie down to songs about nature, nutrition, and life on the farm.

The History of Food (In 40 Minutes or Less!)

Assembly, 40 minutes, Grades 2nd–8th

We eat three meals a day, but do we really know where our food comes from? This hilarious, fast–paced comedy explores the history of farming and healthy eating from cavemen to today.

Of Plastic Things and Butterfly’s Wings: An Environmental Fable

Assembly, 40 minutes, Grades K–5th

Our choices have effects far greater than we can imagine; should we recycle our water bottle or just toss it in the weeds? Using found object or “trash” puppets, we’ll explore watershed and non–source point pollution, following along on a journey from field to ocean as our trash teaches us about the importance of caring for the environment.
